The 2025 event will be held November 8-15, 2025, in Americus, Georgia. This year marks the 85th Annual National Retriever Championship! The dogs and handlers competing in this premier event are the very best in the world of performance retrievers! Welcome to Americus, Georgia! Americus is a small town rich in history and culture, offering a variety of social opportunities, including theaters, dining and sports activities. The town also prides itself in education, as it is home to two institutions of higher learning: Georgia Southwestern University and South Georgia Technical College.
