Water Blind
Test 8 is a Water Blind. The mat faces Southeast. The dog enters the field and must cross through a field of broom sage and stay right of a hay bale before entering the pond. Then they will cross 2 points on their right and proceed to one more point that juts out from the left side. The dog must be high on this 3rd point. Once the dog reenters the water it is a short swim to the far shore, where they will exit the pond and must go straight to a bush at the base of a tree where they will locate their bird. This bird is located approximately 240 yards from the mat.
This test is taking approximately 3-4 minutes per dog to complete.
